Weaver Playsets LLC Limited Warranty

This warranty applies only to residential and non-commercial use.

Coverage

Weaver Playsets LLC provides the following warranty to the original owner at the original installation address:

  • Structural Components: PVC vinyl, treated wood, and poly deck and rail materials are covered under a 20-year warranty.
  • Accessories & Other Components: Slides, swings, roof canopies, and accessories are covered under a 5-year warranty from the original date of purchase.

Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear.
  • Damage resulting from improper maintenance, misuse, abuse, or acts of God (e.g., storms, floods, earthquakes).
  • Any alterations, modifications, or relocations of the playset will void this warranty.
  • Installations where the playset is more than 2 inches off level or installed on a ground slope exceeding 8 inches over 20 feet, will void this warranty.
  • Surface rust on metal parts, chains, and links.

Additional Terms

Weaver Playsets LLC reserves the right to make design and construction modifications without prior notice. All playsets are not eligible for commercial rating, but we manufacture every playset to meet or exceed commercial standards.
